Mortgage Originator Loan Officer Inside

RMC Vanguard purchases leads from a variety of sources and distributes them to licensed loan officers. We are looking for experienced loan officers to work these leads from our call center in Houston, Texas.

This is the perfect job for competent loan officers that do not like or have the skills for generating leads via builders or Realtors, or are new to Houston and want to avoid the long lead time between starting to work and receiving your first lead.

RMC Vanguard covers the cost of getting loan officers licensed in multiple states as necessary.

We monitor contact and close rates and better producers may receive favorable leads and licensing opportunities.

Build trust with leads and work to covert them from a "lead" to a "client". Help clients complete the mortgage application process. Quote rates/terms. Generate Good Faith Estimate, Truth in Lending Document, 1003 application form along with all required disclosures. Explain and gather up-front documentation from client and be the main point of communication for the client during the loan process up to and including closing and funding.

Ideal Candidates will have

• Over 1 year mortgage sales experience
• Mortgage license(s)
• Ability to be pleasantly persistent
