| Description: | Work with Realtors and Builders to build your referral base. Communicate with them about programs, rates, procedures and earn their client referrals. Work with their referrals to earn their trust and eventually help originate their mortgage. |
| Duties: | Complete the 1009 application form, GFE, TIL and other disclosures with the client. Quote rates, terms, costs and lock these when application received. Be the main point of contact for the client through the mortgage processes up to and including closing and funding. |
| Qualifications: | Idea Candidate will have: - existing mortgage license
- existing referral base
- over 1 year experience
